You'll get one clear quote before you book, with delivery, setup, and teardown included. Nothing changes on the night.

We run it on the night
We set up before guests arrive and stay through the last song, so nobody is troubleshooting a microphone mid-toast.
Who you'll be working with
Hi, I'm Adam Carrasco.
I've worked in live sound for more than five years, mixing for parties and weddings. I started Salt Lake Audio to give people the setup I'd want at my own event: good sound, a tidy setup, and someone who stays until the end.
Salt Lake Audio is a new local company, which means the owner is at every event. When you book us, you're booking me.
- The owner on site, all night. One person who knows your event, from setup to teardown.
- Backups in the truck. Spare mics, cables, and batteries come to every event.
- Clear cancellation terms. Cancel more than 24 hours before your event and the fee is $50. With less than 24 hours' notice, it's $100. The fee comes out of your deposit.

Do you DJ?
No. We provide and run the sound system. Many DJs bring their own speakers, so ask yours first. If they don't, or you're hiring a live band, that's where we come in. We're happy to work alongside your DJ or band.
What do you need from the venue?
Access about two hours before guests arrive and a standard power outlet near where the speakers will go. We'll check the details with you or the venue when we confirm your date.
Can you do outdoor events?
Yes. We need a covered or shaded spot for the mixer and a plan if the weather turns. We'll go over it with you before the day.
Where do you travel?
Travel within 25 miles of Salt Lake City is included. Beyond that, it's $50 for each additional 25 miles.
How do I hold my date?
A $100 deposit holds your date and counts toward your total. If you cancel, the cancellation fee comes out of your deposit: cancel more than 24 hours ahead and you get $50 back; with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit covers the $100 fee.
How far ahead should I book?
For summer weekends, the earlier the better. For other dates, a few weeks is often enough. Send us the date and we'll tell you if it's open.
